MAXI-M9 5 axis cnc machine

 MAXI-M9 5-axis CNC machine is a medium-sized CNC machine for machining wood, composite materials, plastics and non-ferrous metals. The M9 is built on a large steel frame with a fixed gantry, and a mobile table design ensures maximum rigidity at the cutting tip. The structure of the machine allows a high-speed simultaneous 5-axis CNC machine  with a machining area of 3100 x 1850 x 950mm.

The MAXI-M9 is a state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC machine with full 5-axis interpolation. Designed with mold making in mind, the MAXI-M9 is an extremely robust machine with an extra heavy duty gantry and machine table for maximum rigidity and strength to provide high speed machining in all 5 axes. Equipped with a state-of-the-art Osai digital closed-loop NC control system, the machine is capable of machining at speeds up to 20m/min.

 MAXI-M9  5  axis comes standard with a 10kw HSD spindle and HSK 63F tool holder for improved accuracy. The rotary ATC with 8-station tool carousel can perform tool changes in less than 8 seconds, making it a true high-speed machining center for the mold, wood, plastic and composite industries.

The standard table size of 1220 x 2440mm allows large parts to be machined in full 5-axis . The open design of the machine adds greater flexibility as larger parts can be indexed and passed under the gantry for machining of unlimited lengths. Due to the flexibility of the MAXI-M9, it is commonly used in mold making, woodworking molds, resin tool boards, EPS and composites, trimming of vacuum forming molds, plastic fabrication, GRP machining, prop and model making, profiling, solid surfaces Machining and contouring.
