Kaizad Hansotia, founder of Gurkha cigars, has assembled a team of cigar all-stars that create an endless stream of luxurious smokes, yet affordable smokes under the banner of East India Trading Company. The Hudson Bay is one such creation that has taking the cigar smoking world by storm. Rich, smooth with a whole lot of cigar for the money, the Hudson Bay Torpedo is an absolute must!
A well-formed 6” x 52 stick, the Hudson Bay Torpedo is a beauty loaded with Nicaraguan filler tobaccos and featuring a binder leaf from the Nicaragua’s famous volcanic island Ometepe. An oily Mexican wrapper leaf from San Andreas completes the luscious hour or so smoke.
Once the Hudson Bay Torpedo touches flame, voluptuous notes of earth, leather and pepper flow easily and methodically out of the perfect draw. Splashes of pepper emerge as soft hints of cocoa and coffee tickle the taste-buds. Spurts of spice cap off the medium-bodied smoke as it cruises towards a most gratifying finish.
The Hudson Bay Torpedo strikes a beautifully satisfying balance between taste, body and price that simply makes it tough to beat no matter the occasion. Add these stellar sticks to your rotation without delay and explore all of the treasures of Hudson Bay!
