Kally is a non-alcoholic beverage company founded in 2022 by Katie and Scott Mitic, based in Sonoma County, California. The Golden Sparkler is built on a base of unfermented Chardonnay juice, or verjus, made from early-picked organic grapes that never undergo fermentation and so carry no alcohol. To the verjus base the producer adds organic pear juice, organic chamomile extract, organic vanilla extract, organic Meyer lemon extract, and organic thyme, then force carbonates the blend. The grapes are sourced from Eco Terreno Vineyards in Alexander Valley and Lolonis Vineyard in Redwood Valley.
