Tullibardine 18 Year Old is an official Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky distilled in 2005 and introduced to the distillery’s core Signature Range in 2023. Matured for 18 years in a combination of first-fill bourbon and sherry casks, it is bottled at 43% ABV. The maturation creates a rich yet approachable profile built around vanilla, caramel and dried fruit, with nutmeg, cinnamon, candied ginger and brown sugar adding warmth and complexity.
Food Pairing: Pair with roast pork, glazed ham, mature cheddar, roasted nuts, apple tart, fruitcake, crème brûlée, or caramel-based desserts.
Tasting Notes: Smooth and mature, combining bourbon-cask vanilla and caramel with dried fruit, sweet oak and warming sherry-influenced spices.
Nose: Vanilla, caramel and cream soda lead into sweet nectar and oak, followed by dried fruit and warming spice.
Palate: Nutmeg and cinnamon develop alongside candied ginger and brown sugar, balanced by caramel sweetness and mature oak.
Finish: Smooth and buttery, with the warming spices gradually softening into lingering sweetness.
Serve: Enjoy neat in a tulip-shaped whisky glass. A small splash of water can be added according to preference.
